We at Positively Periods aim to bridge the awkward gap between young adults and their parents/carers when it comes to all things periods.

We do this by offering a 2-hour 30-minute workshop on periods.

This allows open and honest conversation between the young person and their parent or carer.

We provide education on the menstrual cycle and sanitary wear.

Plus provide top tips on this topic too.

Our workshop is fun and interactive, which will reduce any awkwardness regarding this topic in the future.
